Scope of Work
1. Objective
To supply, operate, and maintain fire-fighting equipment and systems to ensure continuous readiness, statutory compliance, and effective emergency response, safeguarding life, property, and business continuity.

- State Fire Service Rules (as applicable)
- TAC / Insurance Guidelines
- Factory Act & Local Authority requirements
3. Scope of Work
3.1 Supply of Fire-Fighting Equipment
- Portable & trolley-mounted fire extinguishers (ABC, COâ‚‚, DCP, Water, Foam, Clean Agent)
- Fire hydrant & hose reel equipment
- Fire pumps (Electric, Diesel, Jockey) & controllers
- Fire water storage tanks & accessories
- Sprinkler & water-mist system components
- Fire detection & alarm system devices
- Valves, hoses, nozzles, monitors & fittings
- Safety signage & emergency lighting
3.2 Installation & Commissioning (If Included)
- Placement and mounting of equipment as per approved layout
- Piping, cabling & connectivity
- System testing and commissioning
- Performance demonstration
3.3 Operation of Fire-Fighting Systems
- Day-to-day operation of fire pumps & systems
- Monitoring of fire alarm & detection systems
- Maintaining system readiness during normal & emergency conditions
- Support during high-risk activities (hot work, shutdowns, etc.)
3.4 Maintenance of Fire-Fighting Equipment
- Routine inspection & preventive maintenance
- Refilling & hydro-testing of fire extinguishers
- Testing of pumps, hydrants, sprinklers & alarms
- Valve operation & lubrication
- Electrical panel & battery checks
- Replacement of defective components
3.5 Manpower Deployment (If Applicable)
- Fire Supervisor / Fire Officer
- Fireman / Pump Operator
- Technician for maintenance & testing
- Certified, trained & medically fit personnel
3.6 Records & Documentation
- Maintenance & inspection logs
- Equipment health & readiness reports
- Test certificates & compliance records
- AMC / O&M reports for authority & insurance
4. Testing & Performance Review
- Periodic system testing as per standards
- Flow & pressure testing of fire pumps
- Functional testing of alarms & detectors
- Mock drill support (optional)
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide access to equipment & systems
- Availability of water, power & space
- Nomination of site coordinator
6. Exclusions (Unless Specifically Included)
