Scope of Work
1. Objective
To provide mobile, rapid, and comprehensive fire safety services at client premises through a fully equipped service vehicle, ensuring compliance, readiness, and reliability of fire protection systems without the need for system shutdown or off-site movement.
2. Services Covered
2.1 Fire Extinguisher Services
Inspection, testing, and servicing of all types of extinguishers:
- ABC, CO₂, DCP, Water, Foam, Clean Agent
- Refilling and re-pressurization (on-site wherever feasible)
- Hydrostatic pressure testing
- Replacement of valves, hoses, cartridges, and safety pins
- Painting, labeling, and tagging as per IS standards
- Condemnation & disposal recommendation for obsolete extinguishers
2.2 Fire Hydrant & Hose Reel System
- Visual inspection and operational testing
- Flow & pressure checks
- Hose reel & hydrant valve operation
- Fire hose testing and coupling inspection
- Lubrication and minor repairs
- Signage and accessibility verification
2.3 Fire Pump & Water Storage System
- Inspection of electric, diesel, and jockey pumps
- Pump auto/manual operation checks
- Pressure gauge and panel verification
- Alignment, leakage, vibration, and noise checks
- Fire water tank level & condition verification
- Minor rectification and recommendations
2.4 Fire Detection & Alarm System
- Detector functional testing (Smoke / Heat / MCP)
- Fire alarm panel inspection
- Hooter, siren, and strobe light testing
- Battery health check
- Zone-wise response verification
- Logbook entry & deficiency reporting
2.5 Fixed Fire Suppression Systems
Inspection of:
- Sprinkler systems
- Gas suppression systems (FM-200, NOVEC, CO₂)
- Kitchen hood suppression systems
- Nozzle condition & coverage check
- Control valve & release mechanism inspection
- Cylinder pressure & seal check
2.6 Cable & Structural Fire Protection
- Fire retardant coating inspection
- Thickness and coverage verification
- Recommendation for repainting or rectification
- Inspection of fire seals, fire stopping, and penetrations
2.7 Fire Safety Audit (Basic – Mobile)
- Visual fire safety compliance audit
- Exit, escape route, and signage check
- Fire load and housekeeping review
- Electrical safety (visual)
- Short audit report with observations & recommendations
2.8 Training & Demonstration
- On-site fire extinguisher handling training
- Live or mock fire demonstration (where permitted)
- Emergency response awareness briefing
- Basic evacuation drill support

4. Standards & Compliance
All services shall be carried out in accordance with:
